Cancellation and Refund Policy

Consultation bookings
A consultation is reserved once payment has been received and an available appointment has been selected. Booking confirmation is sent by the connected scheduling provider.
Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling remains subject to available appointment times. Repeated rescheduling may be declined.
Cancellations and refunds
Requests made at least 24 hours before the consultation may be considered for a refund, less any non-refundable payment-processing costs where legally permitted. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments and substantially late arrivals are normally non-refundable.
If Aurestone cancels
If Aurestone Advisory must cancel and a suitable alternative cannot be agreed, the consultation fee will be refunded.
Full-support packages
Separate written scope, payment and cancellation terms may apply to full relocation support or other bespoke work. Those agreed terms take priority for that engagement.
