1. Services

Aurestone Advisory provides accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and advisory services to UK businesses. The specific services to be provided will be agreed and confirmed in a separate engagement letter at the start of each client relationship.

2. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for the delivery of services. Delays caused by incomplete information may affect delivery timelines and compliance deadlines.

3. Fees and payment

Fees are agreed at the start of the engagement and reviewed annually. Payment terms are set out in the engagement letter. Overdue payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Confidentiality

Aurestone Advisory treats all client information as strictly confidential. Information will not be disclosed to third parties without client consent, except where required by law or our professional obligations as ACCA members.

5. Professional standards

Aurestone Advisory operates in accordance with the ethical and professional standards set by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). These standards govern our conduct, independence, and quality of work.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fees charged for the specific service in question. We are not liable for decisions made by clients based on advice provided, or for losses arising from information withheld or provided inaccurately.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
